Carpe Diem is a big house that sleep 10 people BUT it can be rented in 2 units. House sleep 10 then Unit A sleep 6 and Unit B sleep 4 people. Each Unit has the same enmities in to rent out separately. So, prices differ should you want to book only a unit. High season we only rent out as a 10 sleeper.
